​​​​​​​Admission and registration procedure for new students

Admission Requirements
​Applicants seeking admission to Post-Baccalaureate programs at the Arab Open University – Morocco must fulfill the following requirements:
  • Hold the Moroccan Baccalaureate Certificate or an equivalent qualification recognized by the competent authorities
  • Have a Baccalaureate specialization that is aligned with the intended field of study
  • Achieve the specific admission requirements of the selected academic program
  • Submit a complete application file, including all required supporting documents, within the designated registration period (please refer to the Registration File)
  • Pay all applicable registration and tuition fees
  • Successfully complete the University's Assessment Test where applicable, based on the requirements of the chosen academic program
  • Commitment Form (downloaded, signed, and certified)
Required Documents (Registration File)

  1. High School Diploma (Baccalaureate Certificate).
  2. Two certified copies of the National Identity Card.
  3. Two certified copies of the Baccalaureate Certificate or the Certificate of Success (if the original diploma has not yet been issued), together with an official equivalency certificate for holders of foreign qualifications.
  4. Original academic transcripts, or certified copies, for all years of study completed of​ the Baccalaureate.
  5. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  6. Two recent passport-sized photographs.
  7. Commitment Form, downloaded, signed, and signature legally certified. التزام الدفع-Commitment form.pdf​
International applicants must also provide the following documents:

  1. A valid passport and a valid entry visa (where applicable).
  2. Two copies of the passport's personal information page.
  3. Proof of residence.
  4. Medical certificate.

شروط القبول


يجب على المتقدمين الراغبين في الالتحاق ببرامج ما بعد البكالوريا في الجامعة العربية المفتوحة – المغرب استيفاء الشروط التالية:​

  • الحصول على شهادة البكالوريا المغربية أو شهادة معادلة لها معترف بها من قبل الجهات المختصة.
  • ​ أن يكون تخصص البكالوريا متوافقًا مع البرنامج الأكاديمي المراد الالتحاق به
  •  استيفاء شروط القبول الخاصة بالبرنامج الأكاديمي المطلوب
  •  تقديم جميع الوثائق المطلوبة خلال فترة التسجيل (ينظر ملف التسجيل)
  •  سداد الرسوم الدراسية ورسوم التسجيل
  •  اجتياز اختبار التقييم  ​(Assessment Test )الذي تعتمده الجامعة، حسب التخصص ​المطلوب
  • ​ استمارة الالتزام (محمّلة، موقعة، ومصادق على توقيعها) 
  • ​وتُعلن أسماء المقبولين وفقاً لتحقيقهم شروط القبول المذكورة أعلاه، ووفقاً لشروط الأمانة العامة لمجلس الجامعات الخاصة وشروط إدارة الجامعة العربية المفتوحة​
 ملف التسجيل
الوثائق المطلوبة لتقديم طلب الالتحاق بالجامعة :

  1. ​​شهادة البكالوريا​
  2. .نسختان مصادق عليهما من البطاقة الوطنية للتعريف
  3. .نسختان مصادق عليهما من شهادة البكالوريا أو شهادة النجاح إذا لم يتم بعد تسليم الشهادة الأصلية
  4. خطاب معادلة لشهادة الثانوية للمدارس الخاصة الأجنبية في دولة المغرب والشهادات الأجنبية موجه باسم الجامعة العربية المفتوحة .
  5. .كشوف النقط الأصلية أو نسخ مصادق عليها لجميع سنوات​ البكالوريا​
  6.  السيرة الذاتية ( CV )
  7.  صورتان شمسيتان حديثتان ( 4x6 )
  8. استمارة الالتزام (محمّلة، موقعة، ومصادق على توقيعها) وثيقة التزام الدفع.pdf​

بالنسبة للطلبة الأجانب، يجب إضافة الوثائق التالية:

  1.  جواز سفر ساري المفعول وتأشيرة دخول سارية المفعول (عند الاقتضاء)
  2. نسختان من صفحة البيانات الشخصية بجواز السفر
  3. إثبات السكن
  4. .شهادة طبية
